The FAW Youth Cup draw was made on Monday morning by Wales Women's Team Manager Jarmo Matikainen and FAW Domestic Committee Chairman John Harris.
The current holders Swansea City, managed by Tony Pennock, will host Taffs Well, who impressed in their 4-0 away win at Port Talbot Town in the last Round.
Pontardawe Town will host Newport County, whilst the winner of the twice postponed Cardiff Corries versus Ragged School tie, will have a real incentive this Sunday as the winners of that match will host Wrexham in the last eight.
The final tie will be played on the 3G surface at Park Hall, with TNS hosting Caernarfon Town.
